WANTED: Parts for T60 and Service from someone in Austin

Hi All. I am visiting Austin next week and will be replacing the following parts on my Thinkpad T60.

Keyboard
P/N 91P6946 - touchpad/fingerprint connector
Screen Panel
The top panel (around keyboard, above bezel)
Speakers <-- is it possible to put louder speakers?
Lid for PCMCIA slot (with spring)
Screws

While I can buy the parts on eBay as well, I'd rather have someone replace the above for me, especially the screen and top panel. If you are in Austin/Dallas, I can come over the weekend and have you replace the above parts.

I am pretty sure I can manage, but am afraid I may break something else, and would rather have you inspect my laptop to see what other stuff can be done to prolong its life.

I recently changed the fan.
