Just happened to buy one of these a few minutes ago off eBay:

Thanks! Well this seems a "newer version" of that one. Will look through ebay, are there many fakes of those out there?

As far as I know, only one model of Bluetooth keyboard with a built-in Trackpoint was ever released by Lenovo. As far as imitations go, I'm not sure if there are too many. There is a similar Lenovo model that has a USB interface (i.e., wired). I think that model type is 0B47190.
