Hello all,
I have a X220 Lenovo Thinkpad with: 12.5 inch IPS (Flexview all angle viewing ) screen. $210 $195 plus actual shipping.
i5 - 2540M cpu @ 2.60 Ghz 3M Cache
8 GB Ram
Intel 160 GB SSD
Intel HD 3000 Graphics
Integrated camera
Bluetooth
Intel Advanced N-6205 wireless card
Fingerprint reader
(1) 3.0 USB port, (2) 2.0 USB ports
Display port
64 bit OS Windows 10
Battery 6 cell at 70% of design capacity, still lasts 3-5 hours depending on usage.
The Good: Overall it is in good shape, runs well, boots to W10 in 15 seconds. 160GB fast SSD, 8GB RAM. This X220 has a very good quality IPS display with vibrant colors (compared to my X201) and a large viewing angle image. Video quality is very good. The photos actually show the screen pretty well. I also ran Passmark burnin software for about 4 hours and it was fine. Battery life is still good enough to give 3-4 hours run time.
What keeps it from being perfect: There is a bit of wear on the edges as you can see in the photos. There is a small chip on the plamrest as shown. No other plastics damage I can see. The door to the card reader slot is missing. The screen has a couple of very light 1/8" dot white spots you really cannot see unless you look hard on a white background. The keyboard has some shine. Just want to be clear it is not in perfect shape cosmetically.
Just trying to reduce my number of toys.
If I missed anything let me know and I will try to answer.
