WTB: reasonably priced 240/240X/240Z

Hi, I'm considering buying a 240/240X/240Z sometime in January. I'm posting this early since these are relatively rare and I want to see what's available. I doubt I'll find a low priced 240Z, at the same time the 240 is somewhat below the minimum specs that I want, so I'm hoping to get the 240X but am still open to the other two options. HDD, RAM, AC adapter are not essentials but the other parts should be there and work. I'm in Canada so if it'd fit into a small flat rate box I'd be okay with that. For the laptop itself I'm looking in the $50 CAD range depending on what it is. Anyway I just want to see what (if anything) is available, and how much I can expect to pay.
