WTB - T60/60p for Frankenpad build

I am looking to build a frankenpad for a hobby project and need a base unit to start with. I will buy a NOS board kit from TuuS, so I have those parts covered. But I need that base system to get started. I plan on doing some relevant upgrades, but am not looking to build a high-end system.
