WTB - INTERESTED IN LENOVO w/NUMERIC KEYBOARD

I've a friend that's interested in a laptop with a numeric keyboard. I've no idea what to look for. I've only seen a couple that friends have and I believe they were all 17". He's asked me to help.

Does someone have something reliable for sale?

My friend is in Daytona currently and will be for several weeks.

I know the new L or E series 15" has a numaric pad and so does the P50 and P70 plus the new T560 does also.... most of the 17" ones have them and some 15" ones have them also

Thank you - he's actually called me (while I was doing this response) and mentions waiting now until he arrives home in the Spring.

There are tons of Thinkpad models that have a numberpad. Is there anything else that you are looking for, as this would narrow down results?

Apfff... honestly? You may all throw dirt (or worse) at me, but I'd go for HP Elitebook 87x0w units... Cheap, good display, reasonable keyboard, power, quality.

I've had a W700 unit and was not satisfied really... I now own two elitebooks - 8710w w/WVA WUXGA and 8740w w/Dreamcolor WUXGA, and just can't compare. I think Lenovo's not at their best building workstations...

My friend "Brad" filled me in regarding the ThinkPad varieties that should include! I've never been interested in anything that wasn't 14" or smaller so I actually had no idea!!
