WTB: Converter cable for X60/X61 IPS swap.

I love my old X61s, and I'm going to give her one final round of "ultimate upgrades" to extend her service life as long possible. This includes an IPS swap. According to the guide at https://ithinkpad.wordpress.com/2011/10/14/x6xipsguide/ a converter cable is needed for the swap.
