Thanks for that link. My touch pad is working actually. I don't know what stress I put, but my palm rest cracked at one corner. Can buy that too.

Hold on. If that item is genuine, why is it missing the IBM/Thinkpad Logo?

Because like so many Chinese on eBay he is lying.
An original can have either an IBM or a Lenovo sticker attached in a pre-shaped cavity.
That one is not genuine, but at that price, who cares?
