I have an X201s laptop that is complete and works fine. I've been using this system off-and-on for the last couple of years and have had no problems. The system comes complete with AC adapter, two batteries. There is an indentation/crack on the bottom (doesn't affect operation at all) and a very small whitish spot on the LCD (I rarely notice it). Here's info on the system:

- OS/COA: Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7 Pro) .. Win7 Pro COA

X201s Condition:
Cosmetic – 8 out of 10
Battery – GREEN
Keyboard – Shiny keys but all keys are visible
Base - Indentation/crack .. does not affect use of machine (see pictures -- it's been there since I got the system several years ago)
LCD – Barely noticable white spot (see pictures)
