In the strictest sense I don't think anything like that exists.
I think the general consensus is that the best way to get an SSD in a PATA machine is by using either PATA-mSATA adapber, PATA-M.2 SATA adapter, or PATA-CompactFlash adapter. The generally-available PATA SSDs are not well-regarded and I'm pretty sure there are no 17mm SSDs at all. There might be 15mm enterprise (SATA or SAS) SSDs but consumer drives are mostly 7mm with maybe an adapter to fit securely in a 9.5mm drive bay.
If you're actually looking for a spinning drive like the original that's a different matter although you're more likely to find a smaller height PATA drive than an actual 17mm one.

Height of older HDs for older computers were 12.5mm height. I sourced an IBM 48GB in that height for my thinkpad 600 since performance is more than enough for Pentium 233mmx. Both 9.5mm and 12.5mm can be used in yours, confirmed, your bay is 12.5mm height but 9.5mm 20, 40, 80GB are easier to find and cheaper. Your 770 can take up to 80GB PATA. Which I did with 600 as well.

only 15 dollars from china, brand new.

For what it's worth, in the local shop (in Pardubice) they were selling 7mm 16gb PATA ssd's for 200,-.
