[WTB] FrankenPad with IPS Screen [l ike X62 or T601f ] (Poland)

Hi,
I've recently lost my T60p, so I want to buy replacement for it.
My requirements are solid Thinkpad T line, IPS 4:3 screen, at least 8GB RAM (3.25GB limit was way too small in T60p case).
Machine must be shipped to Poland, so EU is preferred (because lack of import tax[am I wrong?]).
I'm not sure if there are other FrankenPads with IPS than T601f and X62?
I would prefer maxed out[as frankenpad limits go] spec (except HDD, because I want this machine to serve me for entire lifetime
I'm not a gamer, but don't know too much how Intel graphics would work with UXGA resolution (especially under linux).
I know nVidia is faster, with probably more stable drivers[got many problems on older i915 chipser and newer SandyBridge on many kernels), but is also more power hungry and less reliable on T61 boards.
Any comments/ welcome.
