Yes, I know Thinkpads have scaling....I want 1:1 pixels.
It doesn't matter if it's a Frankenpad. Doesn't needs to be in great condition, just decent.

Yes I have my 755CDV but it's so rare, I don't like to take it out. I want a machine I can take out and not care if it gets scratched.
The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
