If you want to build a 14" Frankenpad, just buy a 14" T60 lid. The bases are functionally exactly the same, except the T61 has improved ventilation. See: http://www.notebookreview.com/notebookr ... ts-review/

I should have both T60 14,1" lid, T61 14,1" 4:3 complete unit and T60 14,1" complete machine with bad mobo. Drop me a PM. shipping to Ireland from Poland is relatively cheap, possibly cheaper than internal shipping in the UK. At least as UK is in the EU
