Why the shipping restriction?

Some Europeans might actually offer even more.

I've bought a TP from the US before, even a Dell 2007FP monitor, a 20kg printer, Maglites, batteries, chargers

It doesn't really matter where you send it anyway. I've bought stuff in NL, driven it to Germany to post it to Hungary. Still arrives just fine.
