WTB: i7-3840QM

Might be an odd request, but I know a lot of people here have a lot of spare parts laying around.

I'm looking for an i7-3840QM if anyone has one around. I guess I could settle for an i7-3820QM if the price was right. I keep thinking about a i7-3632QM too, but I think I'd rather build a super-power system and then worry about if it runs without melting - isn't that the fun part? (unless someone wants to try to convince me otherwise)

It's for a T430 that I put a FHD IPS screen and T420 keyboard in, and flashed the BIOS to unlock all advanced options/remove whitelist etc.

I'm also looking for 2x8 GB DDR3L (must be L, preferably 1866 or 2133 MHz), if anyone wants to get rid of some of that for a reasonable price ...
