FS: Thinkpad T420 (Coreboot/Seabios & Ivy Bridge CPU)

For sale a Thinkpad T420 (4180-B12) which have had the BIOS replaced with Coreboot/Seabios (for more information about Coreboot on the T420 please see https://www.coreboot.org/Board:lenovo/t420). The CPU have as well been upgraded to Ivy Bridge i5-3340M, and a genuine T420 bluetooth module has also been installed. The laptop comes with the original 1366x768 panel, however free of charge you can also get an extra Alienware LP140WD2 panel and the HD+ cable. Please however note that the Alienware panel has some "bright spots" (pressure damage?) and should therefore be considered as FAULTY (I preferred the stock panel). The laptop is in excellent condition with no marks or scratches (touchpad could do with a new sticker) and the battery lasts for about 1,5-2 hours depending on workload. A 65W charger is included. The laptop can be bought with either a UK or Nordic keyboard layout (both keyboards are in good condition).

Linux runs beautifully on the laptop and Win 10 also seems to work fine, with the exception of the system clock not changing time after sleep and wake up (can be worked around by for example creating a task).

The price of the laptop is 150€ without ssd/hdd/ram, but for 50€ I can include a 30gb msata ssd as well as 250gb 7200rpm hdd (unfortunately I do not have any spare ram).

The location of the laptop is Finland and the buyer pays for the freight.

regarding your clock problem, have you tried sudo hwclock --set ?
