Most likely that sticker will be a Vista one.
Just do that SETMARK job (for W7 Slic) that TPFanatic recommended in your other X200 thread.

The T450 has reached end-of-service so I cannot download software from Lenovo. Unless someone who already has the Windows 10 recovery software provides it to me, it is not likely that I will be able to include it.

Hello! I was gifted a couple T23s a few years back and they're great machines! One has a COA sticker for Win2000 and the other for XP Pro. I'd be awesome to get them both set up with their English OEM installs if I could. I was able to find the recovery discs for Win2000 pretty easily so that one's set, but the closest I ever got to an XP Pro one was a German HDD image and unfortunately I can't understand any of the OS, haha. Is the T23 XP Pro in your collection in English? If so, I'd love to get a copy if I could!

Hi @all!

Is there a chance to get the XP and VISTA recovery images for the beautiful T60(p) and T61(p), German language? I would be very thankful!

Hi everyone. I've had a Thinkpad 600E for quite a while now. I got it off of ebay, but as expected it didn't come with its recovery disks.
I know the original poster of this thread has some recovery disks available, but because I'm not an active community member here I can't send out private messages.
Is it possible to get the recovery disks. (95, 98 & NT) for the 600E please?

I do have the drivers that make my machine usable for Windows 98 but I think it would be awesome if I had the actual recovery media with all the stuff that came with the machine from the factory.

Thanks

Hello,

I don't have the proper ability to PM yet but I am looking to see if you happen to have a 380z Windows 98 image? My 380z has NT 4 (looks to be the factory image) but I would prefer the factory Windows 98 image on it.

Thank you for any help.

Hey theterminator93,

Just an FYI for a recovery image for TP 760E/EL/ED here:
https://archive.org/details/ibm-thinkpa ... d-recovery
..if you are interested.

Sadly it's only in German, but I have tested it last night and installed it on a 760ED (9546-X9A), and it seems to work as it is supposed to.

Note: I had to make the boot floppy myself using the burned CD, but the tool for it is there.
Note2: It does require the Windows key to be typed during install - I used an Win95 OEM OSR2 key - and that was it.
Note3: The image was not uploaded by me.

I'm still here and still on the lookout for an English Windows XP Pro image for a T23. My first post never got a response so I'm reaching out again, would really like to get this XP tagged machine up and running like it was back in the day!

It seems PM notification emails are no longer working, so I don't know when someone sends me a PM. I only check the forum once or twice a week, so sorry for delays. :)

Maybe your mailbox (max. 250 PMs) is full?
If so, time to delete some 'old' stuff.

That does happen occasionally, but in this case that's not the cause. Every once in a while I'll get a PM notification email from the BBS but when I log in there are 3 or 4 from the previous week waiting there too. Like now - there are 2 from last night, but no email. My guess is SPF/DKIM/DMARC need to be set up for the BBS mail server to improve spam handling by the various mail services. :??:
