WTB: Parts for 600E and maybe a Thinkpad T20/21/22

Hi,

I was recently "infected" with the ThinkPad-addiction and got a 600E for a low price.

Unfortunately the keyboard has some issues. Some keys won't work sometimes and after I press them hard and often they work again.

Because of that I'm looking for a replacement keyboard for the device. The layout should preferably be english (UK or US doesn't matter) or german.

I'm also looking for a fine ThinkPad T20, T21 or T22

Does someone have anything I'm looking for? Preferably from Germany or from countries next to germany

I have both 600E w/german keyboard, T21, T22 and T23. I should have some of them with German-layout keyboard as well, and all that inexpensive Drop me a line via PM if interested.

I have a T23 in a fairly good shape available. It's not a T20-22, but it's close enough.
It has the 1133MHz P3, 512MB of RAM, 14" 1024x768 display and a keyboard with german layout.

T23 is a newer/potentially better system, unless you are looking for DOS audio support, which is doesn't have; for pure DOS gaming, a T20/21/22 is better.
