Originally had one I was going to purchase from a Reddit user but he turned out to be a scam. Trying again. EDIT: A different Reddit user sent me an X9000. I no longer need one.

Hello everyone! I'm looking at installing a Core 2 Extreme into my FrankenPad T601 project, and was hoping to see if anybody in the community has one they can send my way before I order one off eBay. All the ones I can find listed on eBay are shipping from China and thus will take forever to get to the United States. Located in the United States, will pay through PayPal or Apple Pay (unless you can meet in Southwestern Pennsylvania, in which case I'd pay with cash). Alternatively, I could do a partial or full trade with any of the extra parts I have laying around. Any help is appreciated!

What's the price of those things over there on Ebay currently? Since I may very well need one for my Dell latitude, if you want and if it is actually cheaper on taobao, I may be able to order 2 of them from taobao and send one over to you when I get to Canada in early September, plus I will know sooner whether they are a scam or not, with my Dell and Asus test machines.

Currently going for around $60 on eBay. Not a horrible price but I'd really like to not spend that much, especially if the seller is a scammer like last time. :P

Well the cheapest I can find on Taobao with a high rated seller is ¥235 with free postage. https://m.tb.cn/h.e9OW6zV?sm=fc2db8
If you are interested in that one, PM me asap and I will buy one to try it out myself to try it on my Latitude D630 to see whether it is stable, and then I will buy another one to post it to you if it is any good.
EDIT: I estimate the cheapest postage from Toronto to Pennsylvania is C$9. So that puts the total price to <US$40, though its gonna still gonna be like mid September when you receive the parcel. Of course you can upgrade the postage for faster delivery but I'd settle with this small packet air non-tracked option.
