WTB: x61s prismatic battery or perhaps x61s itself with said battery

I'd like to find a working prismatic battery for my old x61s. I expect this won't be easy to do, but you never know what's sitting around out there unless you ask. Also if you happen to have them, I'm missing one of the glue on feet for my x61s. It makes it sit unevenly for typing. I'd be interested in that part as well, or if anyone has a solid suggestion for an alternative I'd be appreciative to hear it.

The more I think on it, I might be into just buying a complete x61s if it had the prismatic battery as an option as well. Mine is beaten on in nearly every way, but has the fastest cpu and a decent amount of ram. Perhaps I could mix and match that should it seem desirable.
