I'm looking for panels like the following that was listed on eBay:
New Hydis HV150UX2-100 LCD panel.
1600x1200
15"
LED backlight

Each LCD has been tested by me to and while there are no dead pixels, bleed or backlight linearity issues

THESE HAVE 1 STUCK PIXEL

This will look like a tiny red, green, or blue speck on the screen when there is a black background. It will not be visible in many cases.
except my requirements are more relaxed: does not have to be new, can have limitless dead pixels and stuck pixels but they must satisfy the requirements of no backlight bleed or linearity issues. Actually if you knew the backlight satisfied those requirements before it died that would be fine too.

Hairline cracks and the lines associated with faulty row/column drivers are no impediment.

Odd request, may I ask your reason why?

How about just the HV150UX2-100 LED-strip and the LED-PCB, to put in a CCFL HV150UX1-100 ?
It would only need an inverter-mod.

Thanks RBS, there are other components I want from the panel but to a similar end.
I'd rather utilize panels that would be otherwise discarded or unused, it's a greener solution, both environmentally and wrt the ledger.

If some panels gave up the magic smoke while perfecting your elegant connector solution, I'd be interested.

I have those parts as leftovers from cracked HV150UX2-100, never blew any of my mods.

Pity, I could have used them if the crack was limited to just the top glass layers.

Anyone else, hairline cracks and the lines associated with faulty row/column drivers are no impediment.

I also have a HV150UX2-100 with a replacement LED-PCB mounted on it, which otherwise is perfec to use.
No bleeding or dead pixels or other markings.
Still needs a full LED-mod though.
Not cheap though either...
