Almost new condition, late-2008 Aluminum MacBook. No dents or dings, only a couple of scratches on bottom of unit. I purchased this used several years ago and only used it briefly. Absolutely, nothing wrong with it and includes upgraded memory and hard disk. I just installed a fresh copy of MacOS Lion 10.7, but this can updated to MacOs El Capitan 10.11.6 via Apple (for free, I believe). Performance is still surprisingly snappy.

A clear, good condition, full hardshell cover/bottom is included, along with two batteries (both work, but are older, see battery info in pix), an install copy of Lion 10.7 on DVD, and a genuine Apple power adapter.
