Which size Kirill? 4:3 14", 16:10 14" or 16:10 15,4"? They were different for each size.
Too many thinkpads not enough time!

What size?
I have T60/T61 15.4" (widescreen).
And also T60/T61 14.1" 4:3 (non-widescreen).

And if no one has the one you want they sell them now on eBay with a hard drive caddy and rails for a few bucks. I think they may be 3D printed but they work well.
