Looking to buy a screen for the thinkpad X60.


Im located in Europe, Slovenia. SEPA payment preffered.

The IPS screens were only used in tablets and as such are not drop in replacements -- (1) the pinouts are different, thus requiring either an adapter cable or modifying the LVDS cable, (2) the attachment points are different, thus requiring the removal of eyelets using a rotary tool, (3) have a glass cover which you can only easily remove if it isn't glued on, etc. If you research this and decide you still want to undertake the project you can PM me, I have a spare new (NOS) XGA IPS screen or two.
