WTB: 3K IPS panel+cable for W540/541

The title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a 3K IPS panel and the appropriate cable. Recently got my hands on a W540 and I love it, but the 1080p TN panel isn't cutting it. I could easily swap it for a 1080p IPS panel, however I think the 15" size is better suited to a higher resolution.

I can pay via PayPal or with cash if you're in the Pittsburgh metro area. Additionally, I have an extra T430 in good condition (PM me for specs, photos and such) that I would be willing to trade for the screen and cable. Thanks for your help!
