ON HOLD: my personal X60 tablet, SXGA+ (1400x1050) LCD, the nicest one you'll find
I love this little guy...but it hasn't been turned on in more than six months, and definitely deserves better than that...
the basics:
ThinkPad X60T (6363-2AU)
L2400(1.66GHz)
1GB RAM..........................................now 3GB
80GB 5400rpm HD..............................now Intel 160GB SSD
12.1in 1400x1050 LCD
Intel 950
Intel 802.11abg wireless.......................now Atheros AR9380 (450Mbps on my dual-band router)
Bluetooth, Modem
1Gb Ethernet
Secure chip
Fingerprint reader
8c Li-Ion*.........................................please read below
WinXP Tablet 2005..............................COA only
Modded BIOS
No Ultrabase
No stylus or AC adapter included
Likely one of the finest surviving X60T units that you'll ever come across, showing only minor wear on the lid and bottom. Plastics and keyboard are in *very* clean shape, with all the stickers still intact.Overall condition is 9 out of 10 in my opinion.Apart from the upgrades listed above, let me just note a couple of other things:
- The coveted SXGA+ screen is in perfect condition. No scratches, dead pixels, pressure marks and still very bright for its age and type.
- The heatsink has been replaced with a brand new one when I got the system, and the machine has seen maybe 30 hours of use since then. It runs very cool and quiet.
- The battery has been sourced from a re-celler all the way in the UK, courtesy of a friend of mine and a fellow forum member. It shows the manufacturing date of 2017-05-12 - the date when the new cells were installed - while correctly pointing out that it was first used in August of 2007, and holds 100% of the design charge with under 10 cycles.
- The machine gives out a Computrace warning when the BIOS is entered, but there is NO active Computrace on this system
Asking $200 shipped within U.S. or $175 + shipping at cost to most locations worldwide.
PM or email me directly to tataslonATaol.com with any questions/concerns.

Any de-lamination in the panel&glass?
Could this work with the X61T boards? If so I might be interested as I could do pinmod on an L7500 X61T board with this

No.
Yes, those are usually referred to as X601...Could this work with the X61T boards? If so I might be interested as I could do pinmod on an L7500 X61T board with this

That being said, the machine is currently on hold pending payment.
