6. Board will be designed by HOPE and his factory. Domestic payments in China will be handled by 17m19. The project is not relevant to 51nb officials.

Known as 4th batch T70 and T700 10th Gen before, this is the newest batch (and probably the last batch) of custom-made boards by HOPE and his team. Previously they decided to go with i7-10710U, but now as 11th gen became available on the markets and most buyers agreed to pay the extra cost, all T700 boards will be 11th gen i7 with the new graphics and two TB4 ports. Trying to bring the boards to worldwide ThinkPad fans and to get me some extra money to use in college, I'm providing the service to help you buy these boards (or full machines) and test them before shipment, and all you need to do is pay me via PayPal. I've already reserved 5 T700 boards, paid in full.

EC and BIOS source codes will not be provided as T700 will be developed by the same factory that designed previous all 51nb boards.

To avoid disputes, please beware that I'm not a part of 51nb and/ or the T700 development team

My only comment would be to use UPS or Fed-Ex for door-to-door shipping with their in-house Customs Brokering.

If using DHL to the States, once landed in this country and turned over to the USPS and the US Customs and Border Patrol the customer may never see their new T700. Ever.

I've sold several modded ThinkPads before to the States using DHL and my buyers all received without problems haha. I would definitely consider that and ask some FedEx vendors

DHL is not the problem. USPS Customer Service, package processing before and after Customs processing, and US Customs entry is in the crapper with the excuse being COVID19.

Horror stories abound in Reddit about ISC's in Chicago, LA, Dayton, and NY.

Ship at your own risk if USPS gets their hands on your package coming into the US.

I'd prefer to have the ability to have windows 7 installed.... ideally i9 9880HQ with alpine ridge TB controllers.....
