All 3 are working (Boot , RAM , CPU ) but dont have Harddisk or harddisk cover or a Charger.
2 of them have a bios lock Symbol when pressing F1 but when pressed ENTER you can go in the BIOS

I sell them for IBM Thinkpad hobby-ist's who needs parts
