WTB - P52 Engineering Sample

There are at least 3 engineering sample P52 units floating around that Ive seen. All have the i7-8850H prototype (unlocked), they have various screens (2 had the 4k touch panel and one had the 1080p panel), and they dont have serial numbers. The fans always run at full, and can only be turned down with TPFanControl. Other than a few stickers or labels, they are, to my knowledge, identical to a production P52. If you have one, or information about the whereabouts of any, please let me know.

As for the ones I know about, Ive seen one posted to Reddit (the 1080p unit), saw one transact on eBay a few months back (4k touch, identical to a production model), and got outbid on one today on eBay (4k touch with Thinkshutter, not an option on production machines).

AFAIK i7 8850H eng samples are not unlocked. You might want to have a P71 prototype because the two ES kbl-h variants (2.4g 4c8t and 2.7g 4c8g) are fully unlocked. No 8th gen 6c12t ES notebook processors are unlocked iirc.
