can anyone tell me a site where i can buy used thinkapd in europe? (Italy if possible)

www.ebay.it

www.usanotebook.com doesn't have a partner in Italy, but they are shipping to Europe, and they have several partners in Europe. I bought a 600E from them in Europe, and it was in mint condition.

You can also google(.it) for thinkpads. I'm sure there are several places in Italy where you can buy used TPs.

Just have a look at http://www.ok1.de or http://ok2.de they sell new and second hand ThinkPads in Europe, from time to time they have special offers of demo machines from a show room.
