[Summer Deep]

Well I haven't had any luck with my two previous offerings in this forum, and am not expecting much this time, but hey ho, here goes:

Bought this machine last year, and it worked for a few weeks, then developed the blink of death problem. Briefly came back to life, but died again soon after, and no luck since. I'm hopelessly out of my depth as far as trying to fix this goes, so anyone in the UK who could repair it or use it for spares can have it for the price of postage only.

I've removed the hard drive, caddy and cover for my own use, as well as the DVD drive, 128 MB memory and battery (which was in poor condition), but apart from that it's in decent shape, with an excellent screen and keyboard, and no cracking in the usual places. The CMOS battery works. and the PCMCIA slots and USB port are also fine. The top of the lid is a bit sticky, as often.

Would also sell for £15 + postage with all removed components replaced.
