SOLD: T601 frankenpad with QXGA (yup, exactly this one!) // Summersale huge price drop!
Hello lads,
I'm starting shelf cleanup. This one comes first: a T601 frankenpad, built on intel board, with the so much sought-after QXGA screen.
CPU: T8100, but may reconfig as requested
RAM: 2x2Gb, but may reconfig as requested
Storage: 240Gb SSD, but may reconfig as requested
Battery: good working genuine 6 cell; also have 9-cell available if needed
Keyboard: Chicony in nice shape, I think I still have some NMBs left if needed
Screen: QXGA 2048x1536 IPS screen, still pretty bright. Do not expect an as-new shape, but this particular one is the nicest I've ever had. And I've had quite a few
Very nice shaped plastics, everything works as intended. There's a crack on the keyboard bezel and on the palmrest, but I will most likely replace them for a few extra bucks if the byuer wishes so.
Price: $500 $350 + shipping as-is; these systems just have to go to some hands that have more time

Hello. I'm presuming this sold?
Re: FS: T601 frankenpad with QXGA (yup, exactly this one!)
Actually it is not. The sale was pending, but I've lost contact with the buyer and he has stopped responding to e-mails a month ago when the device has already been packed then... well, yes, it is still available I guess.

Is the QXGA panel an IAQX10N?
Re: FS: T601 frankenpad with QXGA (yup, exactly this one!)
Either this or IAQX10S - can't recall, but can check if it makes any difference

Re: FS: T601 frankenpad with QXGA (yup, exactly this one!)
The IAQX10 and IAQX10S have a 60ms pixel response time whereas the IAQX10N has a 30ms pixel response time resulting in less ghosting/smearing according to the panelook website. I recently bought an IDTech N150U3-L06 UXGA screen for the T60/T61 and it has a 60ms pixel response time and a lot of ghosting.
Re: FS: T601 frankenpad with QXGA (yup, exactly this one!)
Sure about that? Datasheets all claim same pixel response times for all of them.
Still, will check that.

Both IAQX10 and IAQX10M have a 30ms pixel response time according to my datasheets.
I don't have a datasheet for IAQX10S.
