Currently have parts availalbe for:
CPU i7-3615qe CPU (4 cores/8 threads, 45W TDP), liquid metal paste
New touch assembly and stylus (old stock)
SSD 1TB mSata Samsung

WiFi AX200
Coreboot or unlocked BIOS? Can add keyboard and mod EC for X220 keyboard and fit appropriate Palmrest to match. I can sell you with keyboard or you can source on your local market.

It is in EU, so no VAT inside EU.
Can supply adapter, dock..., speakers from BlackBerry Passport, can mod USB-C power, etc.

This is sadly not possible currently, it would need a similar mod to X230 and that is possible, but there is not enough market for this. I think if there was like 50 users who want it, We could most likely have it made. But on top of that, you would need to transplant the touch layer from the original machine which is pretty non-trivial. I did it a bunch of times, but ideally you would need clean room. I have developed home-made technique to do it with almost perfect result, but it still requires a tonne of work.

So mod board that steals lines display port lines from docker port, custom cable, BIOS mod, screen that fits the original (making it 13" or something would require even more work considering the touch screen has 12.5" size), transplantation of a touch layer etc. I would think $300 for that alone, and you would need volume like 50 people to even make it viable to develop a custom board.
