Hi Guys,

Unfortunately my X1C 7th maniboard looks died (first was Error 2100 - M2 card detection failure - later no powering up at all, just blinking the power LED and the keyboad LEDs.)

Now I'm looking for a used mainboard for resonable price...
If you have that for sale please PM me...

Got it from eBay, but it's brand new (without serial).
How can I get a mantenance software for X1 Carbon 7th to programming the serial and type?

When updating the system unit serial number, the information must be entered in the following syntax
(All alphabetic characters need to be entered as CAPITALS):
1S20AC0018US12345678 where, “1S” precedes Type number, Model, and then Serial number.
The total number of entered characters is 20. (You only used 16)

1STTTTMMMMCCSSSSSSS

1S - Code start: 1S
TTTT - Type-- \
MMMM - Model > 10-char of your machine: 20QDxxxxxx
CC - Country- /
SSSSSSS - Serial number (8-char)
