Title pretty much tells it all, but i'll add some other numbers if you'ld like to look up the parts yourself.

First one: SM864s4101 is the part number (64meg pc100)
Second one: IBM Fru: 10L1313 (64meg pc66?)
Third one: MT8LSDT864HG-662B3 (64meg pc66)
Fourth one: 1400016 VT QC 65253 (128meg pc66)

Shoot me an offer, kinda like to get rid of them all at once. Thanks

How'd you wind up with 512MB in the 600E? Or did you mean 544MB?
