Sale: T23 2647-9LU 14" SXGA+ 60gb 7200 wireless 512MB D

I got a T42 in March, used it for a month and returned to wait to the coming T43...

Then heard "stories" about T43 so i got a T23 from my friend in June....working perfectly, I have no complaint about this

Now after hearing how the T43 vs T42 thing played out, i'm ready to order the T42 again. I'll order the T42 m3u model (the one i got in March).

The T23 is a backup computer for my friend so it didn't get used much. I installed a fresh XP SP2 on it, office 2003 and everything i need.

I replaced the stock HD by the brand new hitachi 7k60 i have. It runs extremely fast...much more than i expect from a T23

I upgraded the memory to 512MB.

Everything else is stock. LCD is flawless, there is not a dead pixel i can see after running several test.

The battery is still holding a charge...more than 40 minutes for a full charge....i always plug it in.

This is the main reason i sell this T23. I need a longer battery so i can take my laptop to class for 3 hours...

The computer's software is updated almost weekly (i'm a freak when it comes to install lastest patches, driver, antivirus)

Pictures will be sent if requested.

I'm thinking of $700 + shipping

Is the unit still for sale?
Does it have a DVD/CD/RW?

Can't you just get new batteries for the main slot and one for the bay? Wouldn't that get you to over three hours?

Heck, my 600X with two batteries runs about five hours.
