SOLD! : Thinkpad T30 in VERY nice condition

Item is no longer available.
For those who don't know, a few times a year I buy older Thinkpads that still have plenty of useful life to put in the hands of college kids who can't budget more than $400-600 on a laptop. Some have never owned a computer before. This year I was buying T23's and I ended up with one T30. It's only a hobby and I pass them on at my cost. I was planning to continue this through the end of the month but due to a recent bout of one kidney stone after another I have decided to stop early. I have some parts left which I'll be posting here in the next few days if they aren't needed for last minute repairs, but I have one really nice laptop left I'd like to sell by the weekend as I have lots of probing tests & proceedures scheduled for next week. Here is the laptop I have which was purchased from a corporation (and from the looks of it I don't think they used it much):
T30
Model: 266LU3 (prior to any changes made by corp. owner)
Serial: 78GCTP5 (warranty just expired)
Pentium 4M 1.8GHz
ATI 7500 Graphics and 14.1" XGA
40GB HDD (Hitachi, MFG Date Feb 2004)
512MB PC2100 RAM
Ultrabay 2000 CD-ROM
Wireless Upgradeable (has antenna)
Windows XP SP2
SOLD
Price is for a Cashier's Check from a major US Bank or a Postal Money Order. PayPal is accepted for an extra 3% to cover their fees)
OK, now for some comments. As I said, the condition is remarkable for a three year old laptop. Really. And it's super clean (no ebay crud machine requiring fumigation!). The screen is perfect but for 1 stuck blue pixel I found after extensive looking and it is really bright. This model didn't come with Bluetooth, but the LCD bezel has a Bluetooth button and the Clearplate has the Bluetooth light area. There is no Bluetooth module however, and I haven't done surgery to see if there is an antenna for Bluetooth hidden somewhere. The Windows XP was installed freshly prior to my purchase and it has a corporate (not retail) license. I just updated Windows and installed and updated from the IBM Installer (including the BIOS and EC). It's ready to turn on and use right away.
I have a lot of parts to upgrade this, so if the buyer wants/needs more RAM or a CD-RW/DVD, Wireless, Floppy, Port Replicater, USB 2.0 / Firewire card, just ask and I can add those (at slight additional cost). You won't likely find a machine this nice on ebay. I tried to be complete but if I left anything out please ask.
I have lots of feedback on ebay (100% with over 100+ ratings) and I've bought and sold with over a dozen folks here on the forum.
