WTB: Old IBM (600e, 600x, t20, etc)

I need a laptop for my family. Anything around the 600e's specs are just fine, as it will be running linux.

To name a few req's:
-Must be under 250, including shipping.
-Must be fully functional with "minor" wear.
-Battery must hold charge for 1hour or more.
-Must come with A/C adapter.
-Must have DVD-rom optical.

I would prefer a T2x, or a t3x for a little more. Just seeing what's available in this community. Seeing if i can get a few good rec's for reputable honest sellers on ebay and otherwise.

Otherwise, ill just go pick up an dell c6X0 or an older toshiba. :P
Dont make me do it :(

Are there any additional requirements such as HD size, total RAM, etc?

Like i said, itll be running Linux. On my current 40GB t42, i'm running linux and using less than 3GB with a full linux install.

To answer your question(s). A 10-20GB hd with 192-256MB RAM would be nice.
Again, i'm not totally unopen to t2x offers. I'd gladly spend a little more on a quality build like the 600e or 600x, with a little more power under the hoo....erm, i mean keyboard :)

I can probably part with an X20 for $250. Doesn't come with the ultrabay, but comes with a battery (1.5hr+) and AC.
