FS: IBM 240x, WTB 256/512mb pc133

I have a 240x I am looking to sell since I recently purchased an X22. The 240x comes with a 40gb hd, 192mb ram, the ac adapter, and a battery that holds about about a 3 hour charge. LCD is in good condition with one broken pixel (shows blue on dark colors). The only problem with it is there is some static from the headphone jack. XP Pro is installed but buyer must provide a license. $300 + shipping OBO

I am also looking for a 256/512mb stick of PC133 for my X22. Looking to spend $35-$70.
