Need TP A22P Recovery CD

Purchased a TP A22P for Church group working Katrina issues. Looking for a copy of the TP A22P Recovery CD. The hard drive was dead so no restore partition available. I purchased a 60GB drive and would like to have the recovery CD.

Please let me know if anyone has one and how much for CD or duplicating CD and shipping.
