WTB: IBM USB 2.0 Card

I believe this is number "32P5080" but I'm not certain.
It's the cardbus USB2.0 card that uses a dongle for the two ports.
I'm looking for one in good condition, shipped to Massachusetts, USA.
Any help is appreciated, would prefer to pay with paypal.
