WTB: IBM Thinkpad 128mb pc66 memory.

#1 Post by pcnoob » Tue Dec 13, 2005 12:46 am

Hi, anyone have one for less than $15? I need the ones that are original IBM parts(Option P/N: 01K1150. FRU P/N: 01K11530), or Kingston KTM770/128.

Thanks.

I want the specific parts because I am not sure the other ones would work. (you know the memory problem where the first bank says only 1/2 usable.)

OK, then I suggest searching eBay using this exact search string, including the parenthesis and no spaces:

(01K1150,01K11530,KTM770/128)

The cheapest I saw was $23 plus $4 shipping.

FWIW, I will tell you that I personally think that the biggest problem here is that the memory that causes the problems is the PC100, not the PC66.
