This is the highest-capacity low-density PC100 laptop memory module ever made. The part # is 33L3070 and has been tested on IBM Thinkpads 240, 600E and X20. Most people sell the high-density version of this module, which does NOT work on many models such as those three Thinkpads. $40 shipped. PM me if interested!
