WTB: T23 Items

I am looking for reasonably priced items as listed below:

1. 512MB PC133 Sodimm
2. 1400 x 1050 resolution LCD.

Question about he 2nd item. It should be a simple task to swap that out with my current LCD because they are the same size and other T23's came with the higher resolution LCD, right?
