Refills for TransNote Pen

Hello.

That is my first post. I do not know whether I write to the right forum. But - if you cannot sell could you give me an advice?

One month ago I bought a TransNote on eBay. Nice machine but without refills for pen. Cross in USA sells them (item #8668M2 or 8670M2 or 8672M2) but ships them only to USA and Canada. The rest of the world has to contact its regional offices.
I am from Europe, Czech Republic. I contacted Cross in UK, France and Germany. From UK and France no answer. From Germany - pls contact reseller in your country. From this reseller - we do not sell it, pls contact Cross in Germany. I contacted 18 resellers of Cross products in Europe - the same result.

There are tons of Cross refills on eBay but not these ones.
I contacted IBM in our country - guys were surprised that something like TransNote exists (it was not sold here). Then told me to contact Cross.

That is for the first time I am not able to get replacement part.

so, ask someone, who is on the board, to receive a set of refills and then mail them to you..
the cost will be more but you'll get what you need..



and no, this is not the right place for this post..
as soon as i figure out where it will do the most good, i'll move it..

Is there someone here who would be so kind and sells to me Cross refills for Transnote pen and sends them to Europe? Or who could get them and then sell them to me? They are unknown in Europe.
Shipping costs are not so important.

You checked the hidden compartments on your t-note, next to the pen? A lot of people miss those, especially if you didn't get a manual with yours.

Yes, I did. I downloaded the manual and I saw a picture of these spare refills placing on the web too.
