SOLD!! FS: Compaq Armada M300 PIII 500 - Smaller than X20

Hi,
I guess I get to join the ranks of the others that are in a hurry to sell off some things to pay for a new vehicle.
I have a Compaq Armada M300 for sale with the following specs:
PIII 500Mhz Processor
190MB ram (64MB base ram + 128MB PC100)[320MB max]
11.3" TFT display (max 600x800)
20GB 4200rpm HD
Ports: USB 1.1, VGA, Parallel, Serial, IR, 56K modem, Ethernet, PCMCIA
Headphone and microphone jacks
Docking station/Base
Base Includes:
1.44mb Floppy Drive (removable)
CD drive (removable/upgradeable)
Ports: USB 1.1, VGA, Parallel, Serial, 2 PS/2 ports (the 2nd doesn't work)
NO OS (However, I may be able to load the OS of your choice, if you provide a valid CD-Key)
I must also note, as the pictures will show, there is damage to the rear corner of the docking station. It has not effected the use of the ports on that corner, with the exception of the PS/2 port on the end. The other PS/2 port, even though marked as a keyboard, will use an external mouse. The base appears to have a lot of mileage to it. THe connections that hold the M300 down are worn and require care when seating and removing the M300. There is no damage to the laptop. The laptop itself is in great shape. The base was a "freebie" when I bought the laptop.
This was my wife's laptop, and I just recently replaced it with an X20. As you will also see, this M300 is even smaller than the X20.
I am asking $250 shipped (via paypal or money order). This price is pretty firm, with the exception of dropping the price by $20 if I remove the extra 128MB ram. This might be a beneficial move for you if you have a 256MB PC100 low density chip to place in the slot (under the keyboard) and max it out to 320MB, since there is only one slot for upgrading. Though, I have never checked to see if the 64MB was soldered to the board. (I worked on a Compaq 1600s that the base memory was removeable)
