WTB: rails and screws for Ultrabay CD/DVD drive T series

Need the two side rails and the rear panel with the connector in it, plus all 6 of the screws. Have an old CD/DVD drive I'd like to install in my dock but it's bare! Please let me know total cost shipped, I can do PayPal, etc.
