I just received my three 60GB hard drives from coolname1. They were shipped very quickly in unopened anti-static bags and they were well-protected with bubble wrap.

Thanks again for the great deal!

Yet another positive (YAP from now on!) for HarrC. I bought an external enclosure from him and it arrived very well packed, and works awesome.

I bought a 256 MB PC133 stick for my X30 from qviri for a good price. It was quickly sent from Canada to the US (even though he preferred a domestic buyer), arrived in good shape, and works great.

jargoone is a no-nonsense buyer. He knew what he wanted, paid on the same day, and was an overall pleasure to deal with.

I haven't had time to use them yet but Harryc sold me a nice pair of headphones for my Skype sessions. He even withheld shipping for a few days until I could get home. I would (and likely will) buy from him again.

- Yak

Gator and I haven't bought, sold, traded, anything yet this week  but it's still early and I figure I should add to all the kudos he's been accumulating around here! He even found an overseas buyer for my very last X41T. One of these days I'll have to drive over to Gainsville to see where all my stuff has been going, and to give him a USF Bulls shirt (green and gold is much nicer than blue & orange) !

Bought a T42 from ajkula66 for a fair price of $450 shipped. Has not arrived, but was a wonderful person to work with, even though we fought over the price publicly.

NICE GUY.

Many thanks to The Spirit of X21. I bought a X23, which is in a perfect condition. From his description I've expected it not to be in such a perfect shape

Nice contact!

After a very intense, and at times heated, game of ping-pong that he played with me on this forum regarding my T42 and its price, minc3d actually recommended this machine, as well as myself to a friend of his, and made sure that transaction went very smooth. What a guy!

Better yet, since his buddy could only afford $450 for the shipped unit, they let me keep the HDD and the ThinkPad case, instead of trying to chew me down further. You can't ask for more than that.

From what I'm gathering, the machine has arrived safe and sound, and after a couple of consultations and some dusting on the inside  is performing as it should...

I owe you one for this, minc3d, and I'm confessing it publicly so you can call me on it anytime...

All the best.

Ditto for me - was prompt and happy to answer any questions I had and did his bit to ensure that the supply of the discs was quick and hassle free.

There is no intro needed for Yak, he has sold more laptops than anyone here (George is catching up, though!!) He has helped me (and some of my friends) many many times sending stuff at prices we can afford, and for that alone, I'll agree to wear green and gold (though its not as bold as orange and blue ) when he comes to gainesville.

Bought a R51 Screw Kit from spuddog and he sent it off to me in Germany before he even received my check. That kind of trust is rare these days, even for a small article such as this one, and deserves praise.

Now I want to add that I bought a 14.1" LCD cable from jamiphar and was very pleased with both the cable and his cooperation in sending it to me in Germany. It was a pleasure buying from him, and I would gladly repeat the experience.

I bought an R52 from underclocker. Shipping was fast and the R52 was as described. Nice, fast, easy deal. I'd do business again with him any day.

I guess the tides have been turned.............

I finally bought a laptop from Steve (tfflivemb2). This transaction literally took 2 days from inquiry to receiving the product! Talk about fast! 8)

Many kudos to Steve for a nice T23.

With a Nokia 770 internet tablet coming, anyone looking for a Palm Tx?

Thanks again Steve,
Ron

Once again, a great deal from my buddy Bill (SaberX) for a small HDD and a PCMCIA LAN card...if only someone could explain to me why it takes so long for the stuff to get here from Canada and vice versa, I'd be even happier....

All the best!
