X22 hdd from aceyx

#691 Post by DPHMIN » Wed Nov 21, 2007 12:21 am

I just received from aceyx a Thinkpad X22 hard drive with the original Windows XP Professional preload, and an XP SP2 disk. Put it in my X23, and it is working great.

Received a IBM branded Intel 2915ABG wireless Mini-PCI card from underclocker last week. He shipped it for me to test in a R40 before payment. Thankfully, it worked really well.

What great service!

Completed a deal with awong for the Portable Drive Bay that he beat me out on from an eBay auction last month :) . Drive, cables, stand, software and manual were carefully packed. Thanks!

I've just received the X31 I bought from BobA. The laptop is in excellent condition, was very well packaged and shipped promptly. The transaction itself was a smooth one: Bob replied to my e-mails almost instantly, even though we live in completely different timezones. He has proven to be a scrupulously honest seller and I'd definitely buy from him again. Thanks and recommendation!

Great experience with BRAD

#701 Post by BPRomine » Mon Nov 26, 2007 9:02 pm

I was once a very proud owner of a T43p. I started having issues with my screen and found this site. I made several posts about my problem and received several responses on how to fix the issue. I tried each and everyone of them with no success. When I posted that I was still having issues I received a message from someone with the name BRAD. He offered to send me a backup unit to use while he worked on my computer for me. In this day and age, trust is the last thing you have for people on the internet. I decided to trust this person with my computer, my new screen, and a few extra parts. I received a call from him once the computer showed up and he started to work on it so he could get it out the next day...and he did. He replaced the MB and screen for a very fair price.

If you are in need of work to get your laptop back in order, then contact BRAD. I was very impressed with this site and BRAD. I am once again a proud owner of a T43p thanks to BRAD.

Menneisyys has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, not to mention the fact that he's a fellow A31p buff...

Highly recommended buyer that I'd do business with anytime.

Thanks for everything!

I would like to leave a good comment for

clickpoint

Taken from him a battery, and he has been very helpful, available, etc.
Plus the package was very sturdy ;)

Thank you Ray (rkawakami). I now run my X20 at 320MB. Not so big compared to the high end ones but it is happy as a clam with linux in it.

I really got a very good deal. Not only did I get it at a reasonable and decent price, I got it immediately too (considering the thanksgiving/holiday rush). And it did not stop there.. he gave some tips on how to test the module (which by the way passed with flying colors).

What more can I say, I am not just happy.. I am delighted! Ray is trustworthy and highly recommended - a pleasure to deal with!!!

Again.. thank you Ray... and yes, next time we deal again, you better come with the shipment. :P
Best Regards,
Rosh

And my good friend Samson (AllTPedOut) has taken another brave project upon himself, like he doesn't have enough of them already... :D too much of a nice guy and ThinkPad fanatic he seriously is.

There are people that I sell stuff to in order to make money, and there are people who I sell the machines I want to see saved/recovered, even if I lose in the process. Samson fits the second category perfectly...it's always good to know that you're not the craziest one around... 8)

Best of luck with your new enterprise, my friend. Hope you get it up and running and get more use out of it than I have-and that has been a lot....
