I'm looking for an X4 dock for our X40. Anyone have one they were interested in selling?

Also, is this better than getting just the X4 ultrabase?

I guess your choice of the Dock or the Ultrabase depends on your mobility factor and budget. The Dock isn't mobile as it's much bigger due to the way the laptop attaches. It's a pound heavier, a bit more capable (if you ever upgrade to a Tablet you don't have to buy a different docking solution), about $30 more retail, and includes an a/c adapter. The Ultrabase is light and mobile. The Dock came out with the Tablet since the Tablet can't use the Ultrabase. I have a brand new Dock I bought for my Tablet but haven't gotten around to even opening the box yet so I suppose that means I should sell it. E-mail me with your budget for this purchase and I'll see if it's sufficient to part with my Dock.

I have the X4 Ultrabase and am willing to sell it. I never use it. I thought I could use my old Ultrabay DVD drive in it but it needs a super-slim drive. I think these docking things are less useful than before, since external usb2 devices now work well and are fast. So I just use an external burner.
